John & Cindy Farrell, are owners & Co-founders, of Boston North Real Estate, and Sales Associates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, in the Beverly, MA sales center. John & Cindy are pioneers on the North Shore for employing progressive business practices for the sales and marketing of real estate.

John Farrell is a 1975 graduate of Aurora-Hoyt Lakes High School in Aurora, Minnesota and earned a BA in American Studies from Lyndon State College in (1980) Lyndonville, Vermont. Cindy Farrell is a 1979 graduate of Schreiber High School in Port Washington, New York and earned a BS in Political Science from Salem State College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

John and Cindy worked in the hotel and restaurant business during the 1980s and 1990s. Together they managed and operated The Peacham Inn in Peacham, Vermont and then worked at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston. Cindy worked as a Chef and John focused on managment and service. In addition, John was employed at Restaurant L' Espalier in Boston.

John started his real estate business in 1993 as a Sales Associate with the former DeWolfe Companies and Cindy joined him in 1994 as his partner. Combined with their strong work ethic and a reputation for achieving consistent upward results, they have become recognized service professionals within the industry.

John was named to the Chairman's Club and later the Exemplar Society for his sales efforts, which because of his partnership with Cindy made these achievements possible.
